~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This is an important message from the Excelsior Springs School District. The mayor of Kansas City, in partnership with the Cooperating School Districts, extended the State of Emergency through Friday, April 24th. As a result, all schools, including Excelsior Springs, Excelsior Springs Area Career Center, which includes all Adult Education courses/classes, in addition, Kansas City has placed a “stay at home” order for residents. All upcoming Adult Education classes/courses will be postponed following the precedence/guidelines of the Excelsior Springs Area Career Center. Once ESSD40 classes resume, Adult & Community Education classes will resume. At this time we are planning on rescheduling every class. I will be available through email, social media, or you can leave a phone messages that show up on my emails, and I will get back to you in regards to any questions and concerns. Current Fire, EMT, & Paramedics classes may contact Capt. Potter in regards to online learning. The issues facing Excelsior Springs are not unique. But as we continue to adapt to the changes that come our way, we commit to rising to the challenge and serving our community by providing updated information and rescheduling classes as quickly as possible.
